About
Located in Denver, Colorado, the Hampden Heights Hurricanes swim team is part of the Rocky Mountain Swim League (RMSL). Our swimmers come from many neighborhoods in the southeast area of Denver and other nearby areas.
We have approximately 130 swimmers ranging in age from 4 to 18. Some swimmers swim year round - through clubs and schools - while many swim only during the summer. Requirements are that your swimmer is able to swim one length of the pool, freestyle or backstroke, unassisted and without stopping and attend at least 3 practices per week.
