Swimmingly sign up in now open!! This is the new platform that we will use to run meets and every swimmer must be registered by June 1st. There are a lot of great features that make meets run quicker, help parents keep track of when their swimmer is swimming and how they did, and make timing a breeze!! Note - there is a $10 fee per swimmer to register for Swimmingly - this fee goes directly to their platform and is not part of registration. What we hear from teams that used it in the past is very positive!! We are hopeful that we can combine team registration into this same platform in the future.

Parent Instructions to register your swimmer(s) in Swimmingly:

1. Sign-up for your Swimmingly Clubhouse account at clubhouse.swimmingly.app- click Sign up in the top right corner. Once your register, you will need to confirm your account through the activation email sent to you by Swimmingly. (once you confirm your account, you will be asked to enter our team code - 26a5eb52-3afc-11eb-83f7-c2b3e1fb23ce (this code is unique to Hampden Heights!)

2. If you already have a Swimmingly account, go to the Hampden Heights sign up page at https://clubhouse.swimmingly.app/clubs/register/26a5eb52-3afc-11eb-83f7-c2b3e1fb23ce

3. Choose the swim season you want to sign your children up for!

4. Select your children. If you have any children that are new to the team or that you don't see listed, you can click the 'Add Swimmer' button to add them.

5. Click submit!

6. Pay the Swimmingly membership fee for your season where applicable (there is a $10 fee/swimmer that goes directly to Swimmingly, not our team.)

7. That's it! your children are ready for a fun swim season 🏊😄🏊
