Hello 9-10 Hurricane Parents!

See below for details about the 9-10 Prelim Meet. There are several attachments - Info and a Map for the Wednesday, July 12th Prelim Meet as well as Info about Finals on Saturday, July 15th. Remember, the top 16 swimmers in each event qualify for Finals and the 17-18th place swimmers are invited as alternates. 

Location and Warm-Up - Prelims will be at Homestead North Pool  - directions. Detailed info on parking and drop-off can be found in the attachment. We will have our big purple tent set up - it is a prime location, where we were last year, right next to the Pre-Heating area!!  We were assigned the 6:45 Warm-Up slot.  Please plan to arrive to the pool by 6:30 a.m. to give yourself time to find parking and get settled before warm-up!

Heat Sheets - They are not yet available so keep an eye on the Swimoptia App. I will have copies for our coaches and a few for the tent.

Volunteers - See attached - there are several jobs that still need to be filled - 1 Timer, 2 Heaters, and 1 Stroke Judge!  If we have unfilled spots, we will have to draw names out of a hat!  Thank you for stepping up!! We will also need some Finals volunteers so once you know if your swimmer is going take a look! (Timers, Heaters, and Scorers needed!!)
