Hello 11-12 Hurricane Parents!

See below for details about the 11-12 Prelim Meet. There are several attachments - Info and a Map for the Thursday, July 13th Prelim Meet as well as Info about Finals on Saturday, July 15th. Remember, the top 16 swimmers in each event qualify for Finals and the 17-18th place swimmers are invited as alternates.

Location and Warm-Up - Prelims will be at Heritage Greens - directions. Detailed info on parking and drop-off can be found in the attachment. We will have our big purple tent set up - our spot is on the East side of the pool near the Tennis Courts.  We were assigned the 7:05 Warm-Up slot. Please plan to arrive to the pool by 6:45 a.m. to give yourself time to find parking and get settled before warm-up!

Heat Sheets - They are not yet available so keep an eye on the Swimoptia App. I will have copies for our coaches and a few for the tent.

Volunteers - See attached - there is one very important job that still need to be filled - 1 Stroke Judge! If you are qualified to do this, or willing to watch the 30 minute training video and shadow a Stroke Judge for a bit at our last Dual Home Meet this Saturday, please let me know!!! Thank you for stepping up!! We will also need some Finals volunteers so once you know if your swimmer is going take a look! (Timers, Heaters, and Scorers needed!!)
