Congratulations on fantastic home meet in our newly renovated pool this past Saturday.  We will host our 2nd home meet this coming Saturday, 6/29/24. Please remember to mark your swimmer as participating or not by noon on Wednesday, June 27th. Warm-up will be at 6:45 a.m. for our home meets and our theme this week is superhero. 

Upcoming events in July:

1. The 4th of July Party at the pool is our biggest team fundraiser. We run the Bingo tent and need lots of prize donations! Please consider donating prizes - you can bring them to the guard shack during practice. This can be Dollar Store/Aisle toys, re-gifted items (unused), or anything you might enjoy winning if you were playing. We try to get fun stuff for kids and adults alike! Reminder - no glass at the pool! You can also make a cash donation to our Venmo @HHSTSWIM with 4th of July or Bingo in the notes and we will use that money to buy additional prizes.

2. League Prelims and Finals are just around the corner. After our 5 regular season meets, there is a league-wide Prelim meet for each age group and the top 18 swimmers in each event qualify to swim in the League Finals meet. Prelims are optional but lots of fun! To be eligible for Prelims, swimmers must participate in 2 regular season meets.  The meet entries for all four of the age group Prelims Meets are open for registration in Swimtopia (if your swimmer has not competed in 2 meets they won't be eligible to sign up until they do). If nothing is entered, coaches will assume that your swimmer is not participating and they will not be placed into any events. These are long meets with lots of swimmers so plan on the whole day, 7 a.m. or earlier until 3-4:00 p.m.. The prelim entries are open in Swimtopia for you to mark your swimmer as participating until Sunday, June 30th at noon - please mark your swimmer as attending or not before this deadline. Prelim and Finals volunteer spots are also open - if your kiddo is participating in Prelims, please sign up!! Stroke Judges - 2 years experience preferred to work Prelims/Finals.
