Dear HHST Families,

    We are looking forward to seeing many of you today at the first afternoon practice(specific times below). The first few practices are low stress and a great way for swimmers to get to know each other and their coaches.  May weather in Colorado can change quickly, so please check your email before coming to the pool. We will notify team members of any practice cancellations due to inclement weather as soon as possible. It is always your call as a parent to skip practices.  

Don't forget to bring extra towels and comfy, warm clothes to change into after practice; the wind is chilly, especially for our youngest team members.  

AFTERNOON PRACTICE (these times apply for the weeks in May when most swimmers are still in school - see Events for specific dates)

8 & Unders will practice from 4:30-5:15pm.

9-10 & 11-12 age groups will practice from 5:15-6:15pm.

13-14 & 15-18 age groups will practice from 6:15-7:30pm.

NO PRACTICE ON the Friday prior to Memorial Day DUE TO THE POOL OPENING.

NO PRACTICE MEMORIAL DAY.
