Meets 3 and 4 Celebrations, Updates, and Volunteering Opportunities
The meet on 6/21 was a hot one but was our final score. Woot, woot. Every week HHST swimmers are improving and showing more confidence. Many thanks to everyone for your patience and willingness to be flexible when we faced timing and starting setbacks at Green Oaks.
Our order of swim caps has arrived. If you have not, yet, received your "new to swim team" cap you can pick it up with parent rep Alli at the meet this weekend. She will also have additional swim caps if you need to purchase a new one.
We have some volunteering needs for the up coming meet and for 4th of July.
Volunteering Opportunities for the meet at the Knolls:
2 -3 third shift (events 60-90) stroke judging positions for 6/28
4th of July Bingo Tent/ Donation Volunteering Opportunities
3- Bingo Card Seller shifts
2-Bingo Caller shifts
1- Bingo Prize Coordinator
Please, please, please! We are still in need of 4th of July Bingo prize donations. Remember, your donations can count toward your volunteer shifts. Think fun dollar aisle items for kids and adults. The more variety the better. You can bring your items to the pool. There is a prize box in the snack shack where you can drop off your donations. Attach your name to your donations so that you can get credit.
