General Reminders

Children are not allowed to help with concessions, even if their parent is volunteering at that location.

Follow regular pool standards: pick up trash, return toys/equipment, put chairs back in the correct locations. If we clean as we go, we can return the pool to everyone quickly.

No hanging on volleyball net or digging in the court (Use the sandbox and playground instead.)

Warm up will begin at 6:45 a.m. and is highly encouraged (though optional for the little ones). When you arrive, please check in with Parent Rep Sadie Levine to mark your swimmer present. She will be stationed by the entrance to the pool. If you are running late, you can text Sadie at 303-503-1116. If we don't hear from you, your swimmer may be scratched from their events and we don't want that to happen.

Volunteers need to check in with Brittany Kent at the Guard Shack to pick up Volunteer Name Tag with your shift details. This is how we track volunteer shifts! **We are still in need of one 2nd shift heating volunteer for tomorrow and a back-up timer would be helpful, too**

After Warm-up, we need parents' help to "Mark Up" swimmers.

Parent tip: PLEASE REMIND YOUR KIDDO NOT TO WRITE ON THEMSELVES WITH THE SHARPIES, OTHER THAN THEIR MARK-UP GRID (i.e. NO "EAT MY BUBBLES" ON BACKS).

Swimmers in events #1-10 will head to the Heating Area at about 7:45 a.m., followed by the National Anthem and the start of the meet at 8:00 a.m. Reminder - NO parents will be allowed in the Heating Area so prepare your little swimmers for the hand off to coaches and junior coaches to walk them through the Heating Area and on to the start of their race.

Finally, all shifts of stroke judges and timers will need to be present for a pre-meet meeting with the Starter (Andy Levine) so please be ready by 7:30, even if you don't work until later, and listen for announcements.

Let any Parent Rep or Coach know if you have questions! Our fun theme is WORLD CUP. Dress in the theme and/or wear your purple, pack your pride and patience, and just keep swimming!!!
