Saturday's home meet was awesome.  Not only did we walk away with a win because of the great swims in the pool, but parents and coaches from the Forest Park mentioned how friendly and welcoming HHST was toward them.  That makes our Hurricane spirit grow.  Way to go team.  

Take a look below for details from the hosts of our next meet South Park.  South Park runs their volunteer shifts by events, like we do at HHST, so if you volunteered for the meet on Saturday, we had to make adjustments to the volunteer shifts in Swimtopia.  Essentially, we kept shifts one and two the same and made shift three a "back-up" shift incase someone is not able to attend the meet at the last minute.  All those who volunteered will get credit.  Let Sadie Levine know if you need to make adjustments to your volunteering elections.

The South Park Dolphins Swim Team welcomes the Hampden Heights Hurricanes to our dual meet on Saturday, June 20th.

Here is some basic info for our meet:

• Meet theme is Dress Like Your Coach! Swimmers, coaches, and parents are encouraged to get into costume.
• Our pool is located at 2801 W Long Dr, Littleton, CO 80120
• It is general street parking in the neighborhood. Please take care not to block driveways or mailboxes.
• You may set up your tents on the green space on the north side of the tennis courts. There is an entrance to the pool in close proximity to where your tents will be that leads right into the heating area! The Dolphins team tent is to be set up just north of the pool so all swimmers will be using the same entrance into the pool.
• So that heating will run smoothly and efficiently, ONLY swimmers, coaches, and needed volunteers are allowed in heating and behind the starting blocks.
• In an effort to keep our community pool furniture in the best condition, no sharpie may be used on any swimmers' backs. The only sharpie use allowed is on the swimmers shoulder or arms.
• Concessions: We will have plenty of breakfast and lunch fare, including burritos, burgers, hot dogs, fruit, sweets, treats, and beverages. Our concessions is Cash and Venmo.
